By accessing or using GamerLog ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GamerLog. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant GamerLog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to post any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The GamerLog name, logo, and platform code are owned by GamerLog and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

6. Credits and Transactions

GamerLog may offer a virtual credits system. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the credits system at any time.

7. Platform Availability

We aim to keep GamerLog available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance, add features, or temporarily suspend the service without notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GamerLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamerLog and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of GamerLog after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
